Job summary

IDEX is seeking a leader for strategic sourcing at our Evesham site. This role focuses on integrating planning, sourcing, inventory, and logistics for efficient operations while driving performance through supplier management and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain and procurement, with the ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier performances effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of extensive experience in procurement or sourcing, focusing on capital equipment or CapEx projects.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are desirable.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, and surface treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic sourcing and end-to-end supply chain operations at the MPT Evesham site.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance.
• Ensure high service levels and cost efficiency in operations.
