Job summary

Binnies, part of the @one Alliance, seeks a Principal Process Engineer to lead national process engineering standards and drive innovative, sustainable designs for Anglian Water AMP8 projects. Based in Peterborough, you will mentor engineers and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs across complex water infrastructure programmes.

You will champion safety, governance, and value-focused engineering, shaping standards and delivering strategic direction for the discipline within the Alliance.

Qualifications

• As a Principal Process Engineer, provide national and sector-leading expertise across the @one Alliance.
• Develop and implement engineering procedures and quality frameworks.
• Support supplier selection and framework development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the process engineering authority across the Alliance.
• Lead development and implementation of technical standards and quality procedures.
• Mentor senior engineers and guide project delivery.
• Drive value-driven, sustainable process solutions for AMP8 outcomes.
• Ensure design outputs are compliant, consistent and value-focused.
