Strategic Pricing Manager

Job summary

Swift is seeking a Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy for new SWIFT products and services, model complex scenarios, and ensure efficient pricing actions across IT, Billing and Support. You will collaborate with Product, Finance and Legal, review pricing schemes, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver value for the SWIFT community.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, extensive experience in pricing, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, or Engineering is required. A masters level degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, experience in Pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing elaboration of new SWIFT products and services.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing pricing schemes.
• Model complex business and pricing simulations, taking the lead in such projects.
• Ensure that pricing actions can be implemented efficiently, and ensure proper knowledge base and repository: a.o. in collaboration with IT, Billing and Support teams
• Remain constantly tuned on the evolutions of the industry, pricing models, and more specifically SWIFT business and related economic model
• Collaborate and engage effectively across the organization with teams such as Product, Business, Finance or Legal
• Engage regularly with commercial teams, and occasionally customers
• Communicate internally and externally on prices and economic model
• Support continuous improvement, relevant customer experience and internal processes
