Job summary

Swift in London seeks a Pricing Manager to drive pricing elaboration for SWIFT products and services, supporting SWIFT Strategy and value creation for its global community. You will model complex pricing simulations, conduct reviews of existing schemes, and ensure pricing actions can be implemented efficiently with IT, Billing and Support teams.

The ideal candidate has a university degree (Marketing, Economics, Finance or Engineering), 5+ years in pricing, and fluent English with strong Excel

As Pricing Manager you will:

• Drive pricing elaboration of new SWIFT products and services, supporting SWIFT Strategy and related value creation for its community
• Conduct regular reviews of existing pricing (schemes)
• Model complex business and pricing simulations, taking the lead in such projects
• Ensure that pricing actions can be implemented efficiently, and ensure proper knowledge based and repository: a.o. in collaboration with IT, Billing and Support teams
• Remain constantly tuned on the evolutions of the industry, pricing models, and more specifically SWIFT business and related economic model
• Collaborate and engage effectively across the organization with teams such as Product, Business, Finance or Legal
• Engage regularly with commercial teams, and occasionally customers
• Communicate internally and externally on prices and economic model
• Support continuous improvement, relevant customer experience and internal processes

What will make you successful?

University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, or Engineering is required. A masters level degree is preferred.

At least 5 years of professional experience, experience in Pricing is a plus.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

• Sharp analytical skills, proficiency and creativity in modelling numerical data
• Ability to see the big picture, while capable of detailing implementation requirements
• Sound understanding of the Financial industry and/or interest in the business of SWIFT
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and deal with uncertainty
• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Eager to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and very good knowledge of other MS Office applications
