Job summary

You will build pricing models, analyse performance, market trends and customer behaviour, and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Pricing experience in motor finance, leasing, asset finance or related sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience balancing short-term results with long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of pricing strategies for Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing.
• Analyse performance, profitability, market trends and customer behaviour to provide insights.
• Build and maintain pricing models, reporting and management information.
• Partner with Sales, Risk, Finance and leadership to influence pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitor activity and governance to improve processes.
