Job summary

PoloWorks, on behalf of Marco Group, is recruiting a Test Manager to lead the development and management of a Group-wide testing and QA framework across Marco Capital. Based in London or Cheltenham, you will own test strategy, governance and delivery oversight, coordinating with project teams, information security, suppliers and partners.

This hands-on role covers the full testing lifecycle from strategy through test creation, execution and release readiness.

Qualifications

Extensive test management and QA experience within regulated financial services.
Experience implementing enterprise-wide testing frameworks and governance.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience leading UAT, SIT, regression and release assurance.
Ability to oversee testing across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Group-wide testing strategy aligned to regulatory requirements.
Define testing policies, standards, governance processes and quality gates.
Create and govern test plans, schedules and resource requirements.
Coordinate testing activities across concurrent projects and suppliers.
Monitor defects, risk, coverage and release readiness with reporting.
Ensure testing evidence supports deployments and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Information Security and stakeholders on testing activities.
Provide ongoing QA governance and continuous improvement across deliveries.
