Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Portfolio Management & MCI, shaping strategy and governance for the EA&IHS portfolio. You will collaborate across commercial, marketing, finance, digital, clinical, and market teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The role requires experience in strategy development, portfolio planning, and executive-level communication, with strong English fluency and a track record in healthcare or medical technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting or internal strategy roles.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, portfolio strategies and prioritization frameworks.
• Ability to translate customer, market and competitive insights into strategic decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage portfolio governance, review processes and roadmaps.
• Assess portfolio performance, maturity, fit, growth potential and resource needs.
• Identify portfolio gaps, overlaps, risks and growth opportunities with prioritization.
• Build business cases and strategic analyses for investments.
• Translate insights into portfolio actions and offer development opportunities.
• Support development and validation of new or enhanced offers with cross-functional teams.
• Define business requirements and use cases for the Market and Customer Intelligence platform.
