- Experience in product management, clinical affairs, marketing or sales support.
- Ability to translate clinical insights into commercial strategy.
- Confident communicator with healthcare professionals.

- Lead clinical and market insight activities across ENT and Ophthalmology.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity and unmet customer needs.
- Support product strategy, innovation and portfolio growth.
- Engage with clinicians, hospitals and key opinion leaders globally.
