Job summary

OLYMPUS EUROPA SE & CO. KG is seeking an experienced Product Manager ENT to own the ENT portfolio for the UK & Ireland. You will shape the Annual Commercial Plan, align sales and cross-functional teams, and drive portfolio growth while ensuring patient safety and compliance.

You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to translate insights into actionable priorities, launches and pricing initiatives, with travel across the UK & Ireland as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, marketing, sales or a related commercial role within healthcare or medical devices.
• Previous clinical environment experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset connecting market insights to portfolio strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills engaging commercial and clinical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset across functions and business units.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland and occasional outside-hours work.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and drive execution of the Annual Commercial Plan (ACP) for ENT.
• Drive portfolio growth and define strategic priorities, pricing and marketing activities.
• Act as the ENT commercial and clinical portfolio expert with deep product knowledge.
• Translate market insights into commercial actions, value propositions and tools.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure plan execution and regular evaluation.
• Develop relationships with Healthcare Professional Experts and engagement plans.
• Manage product lifecycle including launches, changes and discontinuations.
• Support product positioning, pricing initiatives and professional education.
• Forecast portfolio performance and highlight opportunities and risks.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance and Quality.
• Train the sales team and ensure portfolio knowledge and tools.
• Maintain focus on quality and patient safety in all commercial decisions.
