Roche UK Affiliate seeks a visionary Squad Lead for Ophthalmology, leading a cross-functional squad with end-to-end accountability for commercial success in this priority disease area. You will champion the squad, balancing enterprise priorities to maximise portfolio performance and deliver value to patients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional squads.
• Strong strategic thinking in disease-area prioritisation.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Set a high-reaching vision and strategy for the squad by harnessing insights from stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Deliver patient uptake performance in line with ambition whilst embracing this through appropriate P+L guard rails.
• Practice the Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach (VACC) leadership model to unite people around a common purpose and foster an environment of growth.
• Strategically prioritise squad outcomes and resources with an enterprise mindset, aligning with portfolio priorities.
• Act as a preferred partner for clinical and non-clinical influencers, mobilising the network to meet urgent stakeholder needs.
• Recruit, coach, and retain talent, ensuring team members grow in line with their passions and organizational needs.
• Serve as a guardian for high standards of safety and ethics, ensuring every decision puts the patient at the center.
