Job summary

Gattaca is looking for a Portfolio Executive to manage Utility-Scale BESS and High Voltage Assets in Greater London. In this role, you will oversee performance, compliance, and strategy, working closely with OEMs and DNOs/TSOs.

Your experience in asset management and strong understanding of HV systems will enable you to directly influence asset performance and long-term value. The position offers a unique opportunity to drive optimisation and work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects that support the UK’s energy transition.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years in asset management, O&M, HV, BESS, peakers or DNO/TSO operations.
• Understanding of HV equipment, grid-connected assets or storage systems.
• Comfortable balancing technical detail with commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing performance, KPIs and optimisation of BESS + HV assets.
• Overseeing LTSAs, O&M agreements and OEM relationships.
• Leading compliance across Grid Code and operational notifications.
