ERSG Ltd is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to ensure the operational efficiency of energy storage investments in the UK. This pivotal, early-stage hire will be the first member of the Asset Management function, shaping operations as more assets are acquired.

You should hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field and show strong knowledge of Energy Storage Systems, with experience in optimisers and coordinating with DNOs, OEMs, and contractors.

• Demonstrated technical understanding of Energy Storage Systems.
• Experience coordinating with investment teams and external partners.
• Ability to shape O&M contract development and asset lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first member of the Asset Management function and establish baselines for reporting and controls.
• Develop and manage relationships with DNOs, OEMs, and third-party contractors.
• Oversee O&M contract development and operational efficiency of UK storage assets.
• Communicate effectively with the investment team behind the business.
