Job summary

Computacenter seeks a Country Portfolio Director to lead the Transition & Transformation portfolio in the UK. This senior role partners with customer executives, country leadership, GMS, sales and service delivery to ensure successful outcomes across complex transitions and major programmes.

You will take end-to-end accountability for commercial performance, governance and delivery quality, influencing across functions and shaping strategic decisions under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT transformation, complex transitions or major programmes.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial understanding, budgets and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of governance, delivery assurance and risk management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for commercial, contractual, execution and customer success outcomes of complex transition and transformation engagements within the portfolio.
• Contribute to review and management of the T&T pipeline, ensuring governance and resource planning.
• Provide senior leadership across portfolio delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time and budget.
• Act as senior escalation point for high-profile engagements with customers.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support resource planning, risk management and delivery assurance with People Leaders and the Head of T&T Practice.
• Own governance, reporting and checkpoint requirements to ensure quality standards.
• Lead improvement activity across the portfolio using KPI insights.
