Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Director-level professional to lead large-scale portfolios across real estate investments and programmes. You will drive strategic governance, optimise portfolio performance, and align investments with business value while engaging senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

You will oversee capital investment planning and risk management, ensuring delivery excellence across growing portfolios and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme governance frameworks within real estate/complex delivery environments.
• Experience managing a portfolio of programmes and/or projects and capital investment plans.
• Proven track record delivering outcomes with high standards and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance across a portfolio of real estate investments, programmes, and projects.
• Oversee portfolio governance frameworks, controls, and best-practice delivery across multiple portfolios.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align investments with organisational strategy and business value.
• Drive capital investment planning, budgeting, and financial performance oversight.
• Lead a culture of collaboration, innovation and performance excellence across client and internal teams.
