WORLD ANIMAL PROTECTION is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead and evolve our delivery management across a varied portfolio of initiatives, aligning internal teams and external partners to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will strengthen governance, improve visibility of progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and bring people together to resolve challenges while building delivery capability across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management across strategically significant projects and programmes, ensuring work is mobilised, governed and supported effectively.
• Coordinate work delivered through external partners, ensuring clear governance, accountability, visibility and escalation routes.
• Build organisational delivery capability by strengthening planning, mobilisation, governance and oversight practices.
• Review delivery performance across the portfolio and implement improvements that increase consistency, control and delivery effectiveness.
