Qualifications

• Experience leading project, programme, PMO or delivery management work across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
• Ability to adapt delivery approaches while maintaining governance and usability.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, including external partners, with accountability for delivery oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery management across strategically significant projects and programmes, ensuring work is mobilised, governed and supported effectively.
• Adapt and apply delivery management processes, tools and PMO approaches across a range of delivery environments and initiatives.
• Coordinate work delivered through external partners, ensuring clear governance, accountability, visibility and escalation routes.
• Work collaboratively across teams to identify and address risks, dependencies, readiness gaps and delivery challenges.
• Build organisational delivery capability by strengthening planning, mobilisation, governance and oversight practices.
• Review delivery performance across the portfolio and implement improvements that increase consistency, control and delivery effectiveness.
• Provide advice and guidance on delivery feasibility, risks, partnership impacts and actions needed to keep work on track
