Great British Energy - Nuclear in Warrington is seeking a PM Practice Lead to own the enterprise project management framework. You will lead the Process, Systems and People pillar, shape governance, standards and capability, and partner with senior leaders to drive delivery maturity.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will build an integrated delivery model, set standards, tailor government requirements, and lead a community of practice across functions to improve capability and performance.

Competenze

• Demonstrated senior leadership with organisation-wide accountability for project, programme or portfolio management in a large or complex environment.
• Experience designing and sustaining an integrated project management capability across processes, systems, tools and people.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, lifecycle models, governance and controls.

Mansioni

• Lead the Process, Systems and People pillar as an enterprise PMO service, translating strategy into a coherent project management practice and capability roadmap.
• Custodian of the Project Management Framework and Integrated Project Controls Framework, establishing standards, policies and governance for delivery.
• Own and improve the operating model for project, programme and portfolio management, ensuring processes and tools are integrated and practical.
• Lead development of project management capability, including standards, learning and communities of practice.
• Provide functional leadership to the project management community and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
