The role requires coordinating with senior stakeholders and delivering cost control and reporting across complex nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Line management experience in a Project Controls delivery environment.
• Proven delivery of Senior Project Controls services on complex projects.
• Involvement in strategic-level discussions and development of service strategies.
• Ability to present confidently to all seniority levels within organisations.
• Commercial awareness to support customer facing projects.
• Eligibility to obtain SC level security clearance (UK residency 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Project Controls operations within the PMO.
• Develop and embed a Project Controls framework aligned to PMA strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive capability development.
• Lead on governance procedures, tools and systems for PC.
• Provide cost control and reporting services to Project Managers and Sponsors.
• Oversee schedule risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed forecasts, WBS and progress reporting.
