Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within PMO, programme management, transformation or strategy execution.
• Experience in retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is essential.
• Strong PMO governance, RAID logs, RACI structures and project trackers.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear implementation plans with defined deliverables, ownership, deadlines and KPIs.
• Manage key projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT.
• Maintain central project roadmaps, milestone trackers and governance processes to keep initiatives on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, challenge delays and drive recovery plans.
• Produce clear reporting for senior management covering progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and key decisions.
• Support business transformation, process improvement and implementation of new systems and ways of working.
