Job summary

TRP RECRUITMENT is seeking a senior PMO/Programme Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT.

The role focuses on maintaining central roadmaps and governance, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering clear senior management reporting. Strong PMO background and experience with tools like Monday.com or Jira are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting or a similar role
• Previous experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is essential
• Strong project management and organisational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience of project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira advantageous

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear implementation plans with defined deliverables, ownership, deadlines and KPIs
• Manage key projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT
• Maintain central project roadmaps, milestone trackers and governance processes to ensure initiatives remain on track
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, challenge delays and ensure recovery plans are implemented where required
• Produce clear reporting for senior management covering progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and key decisions
• Maintain PMO governance including RAID logs, RACI structures, project trackers, decision logs and escalation processes
• Identify project risks and resource constraints, working with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Support business transformation, process improvement and implementation of new systems and ways of working
