Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Sr Product Manager for the Perfusion System Platform to drive strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to shape investments and bring innovative solutions to market.

With a focus on portfolio strategy and global platform utilization, you will ensure product availability and governance, while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize value and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product commercialization, or related field.
• Product management/marketing knowledge including market trends, NPI process, product life-cycle management, quality investigations and improvement.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
• Lead roadmap development and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies to optimize product positioning and market adoption.
• Ensure product availability and comply with quality, regulatory and commercial governance requirements.
