Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AMZL Launch & Expansion to drive data-driven change across last-mile operations. You’ll partner with senior leadership to define programs, scope solutions, and deliver end-to-end initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Some roles are on-site while others may be remote, with flexible arrangements to suit the team and tasks. You’ll use research and metrics to push improvements across groups, influence cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Experience in program or project management.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification.

Responsibilities

Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization.
Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations.
Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish.
