Job summary

Luxoft seeks a Platform Integration Planning Lead to provide integrated planning leadership across the Platform Integration department, aligning integration, testing and release activities. You will establish a unified planning framework to improve delivery predictability and resource transparency.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and contribute to governance, process documentation, and auditability within a complex engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive delivery planning experience in complex engineering or integration environments.
• Ability to translate inputs into structured, actionable plans.
• Strong capacity planning, modelling and transparency reporting.
• High‑level communication and reporting for senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating alignment meetings and decisions across teams.
• Familiarity with governance and engineering documentation standards (ISO 9001, QMS).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated planning framework for multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage programme schedules ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Produce resource synthetics and capacity models for transparent planning.
• Lead Operations Sync meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
• Prepare management‑ready reports on status, risks, dependencies and outlook.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and governance across teams.
