Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Platform Integration Planning Lead to provide end-to-end planning leadership across the Platform Integration department in the UK. You will drive unified planning, visibility of risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment across integration, testing and release activities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and deliver data-driven capacity planning and governance for multiple programmes.

Qualifications

Extensive delivery planning experience in complex engineering or integration environments.
Ability to translate multiple inputs into structured, actionable plans.
Strong capability in resource planning, capacity modelling and transparency reporting.
Excellent communication and reporting for senior leadership audiences.
Familiarity with process governance (ISO 9001, QMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the integrated planning framework across integration, testing, and release activities.
Develop and manage programme schedules across workstreams for alignment and consistency.
Produce resource synthetics and capacity models for data-driven planning.
Coordinate Operations Sync meetings and drive follow-up actions.
Prepare management-ready reports on project status, risks, dependencies, and outlook.
Drive improvements in planning processes, cadence, and decision-support frameworks.
Support definition and maintenance of end-to-end processes with process owners.
