Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for a Nottingham-based manufacturing site. You will work autonomously with regional support to define the finance strategy, manage cost analysis, BOM control, and gross margin performance.

As a key business partner to site operations, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, oversee planning and forecasting, and ensure robust controls in line with group policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with manufacturing experience.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Proven Business Partner to site Operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining the finance strategy for the factory/manufacturing site.
• Perform product and job costing, overhead analysis, BOM management, gross margin analysis, and plant capex.
• Partner with factory managers to determine strategy for own area and align with global business model.
• Translate finance strategy into business plans and oversee planning/forecasting for area of responsibility.
• Ensure robust business controls in line with group policies.
