Strategic Planning Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Strategic Planning team in ensuring mineral continuity and industrial footprint.
• Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with existing quarries and industrial units.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing Land and Natural Resources (L&NR) and Business Unit Capex projects.
• Engage with stakeholder groups to develop relationships and facilitate community engagement.
• Contribute to strategic plans for mineral and industrial development.

Skills and Attributes:

• Relevant degree; working towards or recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or Town Planner (RTPI).
• Interest in Real Estate, planning, and land interests.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
