Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Analyst to convert long-term workload forecasts into practical, deliverable plans that support both operational priorities and regulatory commitments.

You will work with Operational Planning and Operational Delivery teams to translate forecasts into realistic plans, monitor performance, and drive improvements in productivity and resource utilisation. Interviews expected w/c 16/11.

Qualifications

• Planning and analytical experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Resource planning knowledge to balance workloads and priorities.
• Excellent communication with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP/ClickSoftware or similar planning tools.
• Proactive in documenting processes and promoting best practices.
• Coaching colleagues and driving consistency across planning activities.
• Attention to detail when creating and handed over delivery plans.
