Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Analyst to shape delivery plans that support operational objectives and regulatory commitments. You will translate long-term workload forecasts into practical, achievable plans in collaboration with Planning and Operational Delivery teams.

To succeed you will analyse data, identify trends and drive improvements in productivity and resource utilisation while ensuring plans stay aligned with priorities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and analytical capabilities to translate forecasts into workable plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience balancing workload, resources and priorities for efficient delivery.
• Strong communication to collaborate with operations, planning and customers.
• Familiarity with SAP, ClickSoftware or similar planning tools and system thinking.
