Job summary

Transport for Wales is seeking a capable analyst to support the development and analysis of its Corporate Strategy and Annual Business Plan, coordinating across directorates to ensure alignment with the TfW Business Planning Framework.

You will maintain guidance, track benefits realisation, support investment governance, and help prepare business cases from inception to completion, ensuring value for money and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and explaining complex information both verbally and in written reports.
• Experience reporting with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support development and analysis of TfW's Corporate Strategy and Annual Business Plan.
• Collate and analyse data across directorates to align with the Planning Framework.
• Maintain guidance and a line of sight for each directorate.
• Deliver performance reporting framework and highlight issues/risks.
• Provide oversight on Investment Governance and benefits realisation.
• Support development of business cases from inception to completion.
