MG OMD is seeking a Head of Planning to define the agency's planning vision and lead a talented team of planners. You will champion planning excellence and shape innovative, insight-led work for UK's top brands.

The role partners with senior leaders to evolve the planning craft, strengthen client relationships and drive measurable business impact. You will lead a high-performing team, foster creativity and learning, and stay curious about how data, AI and tech can enhance planning across

Formación

A track record of leading planning teams in a media/advertising environment.
Deep knowledge of the UK media landscape and planning craft.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Experience developing strategic, commercially effective communications plans.
Strong coaching, mentoring and empowerment skills.
Curiosity about innovation, data, technology and AI and their impact on planning.
