Job summary

Havas Media UK is seeking a Global Growth Planning Director to drive best-in-class planning for global pitches, uniting brand, performance and commerce perspectives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead multi-market responses, collaborate with strategy, activation, creative and analytics teams, and inspire global and local market pitch teams with industry-leading planning expertise across channels right through to purchase.

Qualifications

• Proven senior experience in media planning, preferably global or multi-market.
• Track record leading media planning responses in new business pitches.
• Ability to develop and implement full-funnel media strategies linking brand, performance, and business outcomes.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the Global Planning Lead or support international new business pitches from submissions to client presentations.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth across performance, retail media, commerce, and partnerships.
• Own briefing and quality control reviews of media plans with local teams for Global pitch responses.
• Design and evolve global planning frameworks and roadmaps aligned to clients' long-term vision.
