Job summary

SHI Corporation UK Limited is seeking a Director, Corporate Planning to own SHI's end-to-end enterprise planning. This senior role designs and runs the annual operating plan, rolling forecast, 3–5 year model and strategic scenarios, ensuring outputs are timely, decision-oriented and aligned to strategy.

You will partner with the Finance Leadership team, set planning parameters with the CFO, challenge assumptions, lead consolidation, and drive governance, automation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional accountancy qualification advantageous.
• 10+ years in finance with 7+ years FP&A experience and leadership at director level.
• Willingness to travel (25%).

Responsibilities

• Own the full planning lifecycle: annual operating plan, reforecast, rolling monthly view, 3–5 year model and scenarios.
• Define planning calendar, templates, milestones, submission process and reviews.
• Translate enterprise strategy into a financial plan and frame priorities with senior leaders.
• Act as FP&A interface to executives; lead cadence and challenge submissions.
• Design and own the corporate planning model and ensure clean consolidation and reconciliation.
• Lead planning governance, risk management and continuous improvement, including automation and AI tooling.
• Provide leadership to the planning function and build the team as it matures.
• Support M&A and Quarterly business reviews (QBR) design and implementation.
