Job summary

SHI International Corporation in the United Kingdom seeks a Director of Corporate Planning to own the enterprise planning agenda end-to-end, defining the calendar, governance, standards and operating rhythm, and consolidating the financial model to support executive decisions.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with the Finance leadership team and senior business leaders to translate strategy into a robust forecast, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement across planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in finance, including 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience at director or senior level.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading or building teams and managing planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise planning lifecycle: annual operating plan, reforecast, rolling forecast, long-range model and scenarios.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate strategy into a financial plan and frame priorities.
• Define planning parameters, governance, and compliance with standards.
• Lead the corporate planning model, ensuring scalability and clean consolidation.
• Drive process improvement, tooling, automation and AI usage to reduce cycle time.
