The role reports to the VP of Planning & Control and the Manufacturing Manager for Test & CDC, integrating with the factory to drive launches, WIP controls and robust output plans across multiple engine programs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Planning & Control methodologies such as 4-weekly planning and S&OP.
• Proven track record of delivering operational performance through effective planning.

Aufgaben

• Ensure demand and capacity balance to meet on-time delivery.
• Lead launch/WIP control and governance through weekly reviews.
• Support S&OP with short-, medium-, and long-term planning.
• Model scenarios for the S&OP plan for leadership review.
• Manage inventory planning and control to budget.
• Develop and coach Planning & Control team members.
