Job summary

Freshminds is seeking Performance Transformation Consultants to join an ongoing transformation programme across Financial Services and Aerospace & Defence sectors. You will work with senior leadership to identify efficiencies, accelerate outcomes and deliver measurable business value.

Ideal candidates will have a strong consulting background, experience in performance transformation and stakeholder management, and be comfortable working across UK, France and DACH regions in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering performance transformation, cost optimisation or operational improvement programmes.
• Strong consulting background, ideally within a leading consultancy or professional services firm.
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Aerospace & Defence sectors.
• Associate to Manager level professionals with excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale performance improvement, cost reduction and transformation programmes.
• Analyse business operations, financial performance and organisational structures to identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans to help clients achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and consulting teams to drive delivery across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
