Job summary

Freshminds Interim in the United Kingdom is seeking Performance Transformation Consultants to join an ongoing transformation programme across Financial Services and Aerospace & Defence.

You will support major business transformation and cost optimisation initiatives, reporting into senior programme leadership and working within high-performing teams to deliver measurable business value.

The role is hybrid across UK, France and DACH regions with day rates £800-£1,300 PAYE, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering performance transformation, cost optimisation or operational improvement programmes.
• Strong consulting background, ideally gained within a leading consultancy or professional services firm.
• Experience working within Financial Services and/or Aerospace & Defence sectors.
• Associate to Manager level professionals with excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
