Job summary

Freshminds in London is seeking Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to join an interim strategy team. You will support due diligence, strategies, design and program coordination across aerospace & defence initiatives.

You will report to executive stakeholders, preparing materials and insight reports to support strategic meetings and enable informed decision‑making. Depending on level, lead work packages and coordinate multiple streams.

Qualifications

• MBB/Tier-1 strategy experience is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in aerospace/defence sector.
• Strong experience in strategy, program design, transformation or coordination.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders credibly.
• Active SC Clearance is helpful.
• For senior levels: leadership and delivery ownership across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, program planning and design across aerospace & defence initiatives.
• Coordinate workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress and communication.
• Develop presentations and insight packs for executive meetings.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape program direction and address delivery challenges.
• Conduct analyses to inform decision-making and governance.
• Lead work packages or oversee multiple workstreams depending on level.
