Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide complex performance information and advice to senior officers.
• Embed awareness and understanding of performance indicators across clinicians and managers.
• Support the corporate business planning process and ensure timely reporting to Commissioners, NHS regulators and the Board.
• Lead on benchmarking projects and contribute to regional performance assessments.
• Develop activity plans and performance trajectories to support NHSE planning submissions.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Information, Finance and other teams to improve performance.
