Job summary

Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Performance and Planning Manager to drive analytical work, performance reporting and strategic planning. You will collaborate with senior clinicians and managers to embed performance indicators and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will play a key role in communicating timely performance information to Commissioners, NHS regulators and the Board, ensuring data-driven decisions and effective planning

Qualifications

• English GCSE grade 4 or above.
• Degree level education required.
• Experience in performance management and benchmarking.
• NHS Acute hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, validated performance information to senior managers.
• Lead on benchmarking projects with NHS Benchmarking Network.
• Develop activity plans and performance trajectories.
• Support business planning and tender responses.
