Job summary

Nationwide Group is seeking an Operational Support Officer to help leadership understand performance, activity and opportunities across deployment areas. You will collate data, analyse trends, and produce clear insights to support informed decisions and better customer outcomes.

You will shape practical recommendations, support the people agenda, and create leadership packs that effectively communicate performance and key messages across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyse performance information across the operation, identifying trends, themes and areas where action may be needed.
• Carry out root-cause analysis to understand what is driving performance outcomes and shape practical recommendations.
• Support the people agenda by working with People Ambassadors and leadership teams to drive engagement and colleague experience, including recruitment activity.
• Create leadership packs that bring together performance, activity, insight and key messages in a clear and engaging way.
• Present information in a way that supports decision making and tells a clear story; be confident working with data and various systems.
