IEG is seeking an experienced People Services Partner to lead strategic HR support across designated areas, shaping workforce planning, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives within the college community.

You will partner with leaders and L&D to drive organisation development, analyse workforce data, and ensure compliant change management and safeguarding practices. A CIPD qualification and strong employment-law knowledge are essential.

Formación

• CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
• Experience providing strategic HR advice, complex employee relations, change management and workforce planning.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to interpret workforce data.
• Coaching expertise to empower leaders and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the lead People Services contact for allocated business areas, building relationships with leaders and managers.
• Provide high-quality professional advice on complex employee relations matters, restructures, and organisational change.
• Support managers to drive improvements in workforce performance, engagement, attendance, retention, and wellbeing outcomes.
• Partner with leaders and L&D to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development activities.
• Analyse workforce data, trends, and metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted interventions.
• Support delivery of organisational change programs, restructures, and consultation processes in line with legislation.
• Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of people policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
• Work with recognised trade unions and employee reps to foster positive employee relations.
• Lead and support strategic people initiatives aligned with the People Plan, including inclusion, talent, and culture programs.
• Enhance manager capability through coaching, training, and practical support to build confidence in people management.
