Qualifications

Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business objectives into People strategies.
Experience managing business change including redundancy and TUPE projects.
Experience of collective grievance and working with Trade Union Officers.
Proactively identifies business risk and opportunity.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using People data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to design and implement our People Strategy to enhance business performance.
Drive the talent agenda to deliver retention, promotion and ensure succession planning.
Use people data and insight to influence decision-making and drive measurable outcomes for the business.
Lead complex change initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage interactions with Trade Unions where applicable.
Develop initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and maintain a high-performing workforce.
