Job summary

South Staffordshire Limited is seeking an experienced People Partner to work with senior leaders across our OnSite businesses, shaping and delivering people strategies that support operational priorities and business objectives.

You’ll ensure the people agenda is embedded in decision-making, using your influence, commercial insight and data-driven insights to drive workforce planning and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner or Senior HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people plans.
• Excellent employee relations expertise, including complex cases.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Coaching and developing senior leaders with data-informed insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic people plans with Managing Directors and senior teams.
• Influence decisions by embedding people implications, risks and opportunities.
• Lead organisational change initiatives, including TUPE activity.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, improve performance and inform decisions.
• Oversee HR Advisors and deliver expert people support across talent, reward and ER.
