Job summary

apetito Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with CS&D leaders, guiding workforce planning, governance and change across a multi-site operation. You will coach managers, lead employee relations and support the Avonmouth project and related transitions.

You will build strong relationships, drive accountability, and ensure HR delivers a consistent, compliant people agenda aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a complex, multi-site operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, governance and people-related risk management.
• Significant experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting consultation, organisational change and business transformation.
• Excellent coaching, influencing skills, with the ability to build manager capability, accountability and challenge appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated HR Manager for Customer Services & Distribution; build relationships with CS&D leaders to identify workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Provide commercial and pragmatic HR advice that supports operational objectives while ensuring compliance and governance.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and manage organisational change activities across CS&D.
• Oversee TUPE activity, workforce transitions and major transformation projects including documentation and communications.
• Act as lead HR representative for the CS&D Investment Project, delivering people plans from design through to transition.
