City College Norwich is seeking an experienced People Partner to join People Services. This role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, based in Norwich East, with a salary of £36,701 - £43,854 per annum.

You will shape how we support, develop and manage our people, combining strong employee relations expertise with strategic workforce thinking. CIPD Level 5 or above is preferred, and you will partner with managers across the college to drive the People Strategy.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above) with solid HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience in a complex environment.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships.
• Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted People partner to leaders and managers, offering pragmatic, balanced advice.
• Lead on employee relations casework including performance, attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support managers through change, restructuring, workforce planning and organisational design.
• Coach and develop leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Use data and insight to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Engage with external HR networks and benchmark best practice.
