Job summary

Redgate in Cambridge is seeking a strategic People Partner to work with Technology and Product leadership, shaping and owning the people strategy that drives their goals and Redgate's wider ambitions. You will own headcount planning, org design, succession and retention, and coach senior leaders while introducing practical AI-enabled ways for the People team to operate.

Qualifications

• Strategic People Partner experience in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Strong skills in people metrics and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the people strategy for Technology and Product.
• Shape roadmaps and trade-offs early in leadership rhythm.
• Coach and challenge leaders, including senior executives.
• Identify patterns across functions to improve processes.
• Find practical ways to integrate AI into the People function.
