Ofcom is seeking a Senior People Partner on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support 1–2 Groups within the PC&W function. You will partner with Group Directors to shape and execute people strategies, drive organisation design, and lead on workforce planning and change initiatives.

You will coach leadership, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with CoE teams to deliver robust People Plans and risk management across the business. This is a high-visibility role within Ofcom.

Formación

• Partnered at a senior executive level on people initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Proven track record of creating and executing People Plans.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven influence.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience with CoE collaboration and contracting conversations.
• Proactive in resolving issues and enabling readiness.
• Horizon scanning and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active partner to Group Directors to deliver cohesive people strategies.
• Align people priorities with the organisational strategy.
• Lead end-to-end organisation design for flexible growth.
• Develop and deliver People Plans for client areas.
• Identify barriers and share insights with CoEs.
• Coach Group Directors and management teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritise work.
• Collaborate with PC&W CoE to improve frameworks.
• Ensure key people processes are executed effectively.
• Provide oversight of risks to SMT level.
• Lead or collaborate on complex organisational design and change projects.
