Job summary

Aptia UK Limited is seeking a commercially minded People Business Partner to support the UK business on employee relations and business change. Based in a hybrid working environment, you will partner with leaders to navigate complex cases, restructuring, and regulatory compliance while maintaining engagement.

The role is a 9-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. You should bring UK employment law expertise, strong stakeholder management and a track record coaching managers to raise

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting complex employee relations activity within a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
• Strong experience managing organisational change, restructures and collective consultation processes.
• Sound understanding of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
• A track record of coaching and developing people managers to improve leadership capability and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification preferred.
• Experience supporting regulated environments (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation and change initiatives with engagement and risk mitigation.
• Manage employee relations cases, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance and absence matters.
• Provide regulatory and governance support on people-related requirements.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and engagement.
• Contribute to talent, succession and organisational development initiatives.
