Job summary

Ravensbourne University London is seeking an experienced Strategic OD Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will lead organisational development and change initiatives to deliver the university’s strategic ambitions, shaping culture, leadership capability and inclusive practices.

You will work with senior leaders to diagnose priorities, design evidence-based interventions and drive sustainable transformation across the university.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in organisational development, change management or culture transformation.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change programmes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful action.
• Experience of organisational diagnostics, workforce planning and change impact assessment.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing and project management skills.
• Collaborative, innovative approach and a passion for creating inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational development and culture change programmes aligned to University priorities.
• Design and deliver change management approaches to support transformation and organisational redesign.
• Develop leadership and management capability through workshops, coaching and development initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver successful change projects.
• Use workforce data, engagement insights and organisational diagnostics to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Facilitate communities of practice, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Assess organisational impacts, manage risks and support effective change implementation.
• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion in all organisational development activity.
• We’re looking for a credible and experienced OD professional who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery.
