Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner to shape workforce strategy, drive talent acquisition excellence, and support organisational transformation in a complex environment. The role offers hybrid working in Plymouth with a 6-month contract and BPSS with SC clearance eligibility.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, guide recruitment transformation, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver data-driven people solutions that enable long-term business success.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience in workforce planning and organisational design (or strategic people partnering).
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
• Demonstrated coaching and leadership development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning: translate workforce plans into hiring and resourcing strategies and balance permanent, contingent, and partner delivery.
• Talent Acquisition: lead hiring plans and transform recruitment to reduce contingent labour reliance.
• Organisation Design & Workforce Enablement: support operating model changes and optimise span of control and capability.
• Talent Retention & Employee Experience: identify risks, implement retention strategies, and coach leaders for inclusive high-performing teams.
